Shipping Policy 

Processing time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods & transit time
- We ship via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Carrier and service selected depend on package size, destination, and best available rate.
- Estimated transit times (after processing): Domestic 2–7 business days; International 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs).

Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight/dimensions and destination.
- Any offers for free or flat-rate shipping will be noted on the product page or during checkout.

Tracking & delivery
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs processing.

Address accuracy & undeliverable packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
- If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately at the address below so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
